Optionally assign point values to questions to turn any questionnaire into an exam.
You can print a survey form or save it as a Word document or online survey form.

A clean, easy-to-use dialog enables you to manage all of the surveys you are currently conducting. Automatically collect online survey responses with the click of a button.
There are no costly "per response" web survey processing fees. Conduct any number of online surveys for yourself or others with a single copy of the product.
You also use this same dialog to type in responses and comments from paper-based or over-the-phone surveys. You can schedule a time to call back respondents you contact via the phone.
